Returns and Exchanges

Returns or exchanges to be made within 5 days of delivery date in its original packaging and condition. We will then assess condition of the item and you will have the option to be refunded or do an exchange.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items.

Shipping fees associated with returns or exchanges are the client’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Damaged Goods: If your product is damaged on delivery, please inform us within 5 days of receiving the product emailing a picture of the damaged item to shop@suziq.co
